Position: HR Administrator with German (M/F)
Position Type: New Hire - this position is not a replacement.
Reports to: HR Shared Service Center
Location: Kosova
Office Location: Prishtina
Starting Date: July 2022
Language Requirement: English (min B2) and German (min B2).
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, Regular Working Hours

Tasks:

  • Responsible for day-to-day communication
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of payroll, including, data collection and input
  • Processing of salary changes, bonuses, other personnel file changes.
  • Act as department liaison: answer employee inquiries, communicate with other departments, monitor phone calls and respond timely
  • If necessary identify issues and transfer issues to the responsible department for final solving

Requirement and Skills:

  • Very good German language skills (min. B2 level to C1 level)
  • Good English language skills (min. B2 level)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Payroll knowledge
  • Experiences with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is an advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
