About our Shared Service Center in Prishtina:
The Teleperformance Shared Service Center, located in Prishtina, Kosovo, is the region's largest outsourced financial service provider. Established in 2020, it primarily offers services to other Teleperformance entities. The center boasts a team of 40 highly skilled professionals specializing in Accounting, Finance, Controlling Reporting, and Procurement. We are proud to house an exceptional team of dedicated professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results.
Profile Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control. You will also be responsible for financial reporting to management and compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Reporting and analysis of financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by entity, department, and cost center to achieve cost efficiency and target profits
Variance analysis (analyze data) and make proposals for improvements or corrections
Ensure proper month-end closing and reconciliation process
Coordinate the preparation and review of budgeting in collaboration with other departments
Continuous development and optimization of Controlling processes
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations or monitor the implementation of accounting policies (cost classification and data/journal entry according to IRFS and local Tax regulations)
 Assist with internal and external audit

Your Profile

At least 3 years of work experience as a Financial Controller/Analyst in accounting or auditing
BSc or MSc in Accounting/Finance and a certified Accountant certificate is a priority
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation
Hands-on experience with general ledger accounts
Experience with external audit and financial analysis
Solution oriented way of work; with creative approach to problem solving
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
