We are looking for Polish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our international team in Croatia. The ideal candidate has good Polish language skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Polish via phone, email, or chat.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer requests and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Good command of Polish (B2 level or higher preferred).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Motivation to learn and work in a team.
- Availability to work full-time.
- Willingness to relocate to Croatia if currently living abroad.
