Solutions Architect – Consulting & Solutioning Manager (m/f/x)

Teleperformance, a global leader in AI-powered digital business services, is looking for a Solutions Architect – Consulting & Solutioning Manager to join its Business Development function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design of complex, value-driven client solutions, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and contribute to global go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex bids, RFPs, and transformation opportunities, translating client goals into practical, structured solutions
- Integrate expertise from industry, operations, digital transformation, AI, and automation into comprehensive client solutions
- Lead solution development during the proposal process, guiding bid teams and resolving scope-related questions
- Identify and mitigate solution risks in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams
- Develop commercial models and business cases, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), ROI, and outcome-based solutions, in collaboration with the pricing team
- Lead solution workshops with clients and partners
- Present and pitch proposed solutions to clients and senior stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in solution design, bid leadership, or transformation within BPO, outsourcing, digital, or technology-enabled services
- Proven experience designing large-scale solutions, ideally across multiple countries
- Good understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation, and analytics
- Strong commercial acumen, including business case development and risk assessment
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in presenting to senior client audiences
- Experience leading virtual teams across functions, cultures, and geographies
- Fluent English (C1 or above); French, German, Spanish, or Italian is an advantage
- Industry expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Energy & Utilities
